On September 14, on behalf of the QBP, Asritha Sure, who placed 14th at the 2019 National Brain Bee ran a successful neuroscience workshop at Morgantown Public Library! With over 30 young neuroscientists and a neurosurgeon as a guest speaker, this workshop equipped participants with a preliminary knowledge of neuroscience! This workshop is a first of a series of workshops that will provide young West Virginians with the resources to participate in Brain Bees when they are in high school!
